Caught this web near our my driveway the other morning while getting ready to leave for school. The weather here has been so very fall - simply my favorite time of the year.

Some Days.

Some days you just need to take a break. You know the ones: those days when things are not really going the way you would like them to go; those days when you are tired after working hard and playing hard at school; those days when the milk is all out in the fridge; those days when it rains for hours on end and you hate getting your shoes wet. Hang in there. Breaks are good.

Today.

It was what it was, but it certainly wasn't what I set out to do or anywhere near where I thought I was going. It wasn't. My own expectation tricked me. My own disappointment lost me for a moment and I was trepidation's fool. Foolishly. Sheepishly. Fooled. It was what it was, but it certainly wasn't what I set out to do... It's what I did.

I have been thinking about doing one of these - it has been on my "list of lists" to make (seriously, can you see why I think about simplifying all the time - a major work in progress for me - any one else have a list of lists?).

So I opened up a new document on my computer and am going for it right now.
