Happy.
There’s so many beautiful reasons I have to be happy.
Someone just tell me
That it’s ok now
What are you worried about....
Got my dreams, got my life, got my love , got my friend, got the sunshine above
Why am I making this hard on myself
When there’s so many beautiful reasons I have to be happy....
So SMILE + HAPPY= YOU.

Success.
There's something so personal and amazing about blogging. The way that people connect across cyberspace never ceases to surprise me. Wow! I've met a new online friend and author through scrapbooking. And she's probably had one of the greatest successes in publishing a scrapbooking novel I've seen so far. Her book is "A Page Out of Life" and it continues to receive rave reviews and much publicity buzz! I have to say that I am impressed. From USA Today to interviews on CBS and local stations, this book is creating quite a stir.
Good Bye.
OK, so within the last 5 months I have learned this about guys...
If a guy tells you that he's not ready or looking for a relationship right now, (commitment issues, to hook up with other people, or he just does not see you are girlfriend material) take his word for it.
And no he won't change his mind when he gets to know you a little bit better.
Once a guy decides how he sees a girl in his life, it's hard to break out of that thinking.
So if you stick around after he has told you this he will likely take it as a sign that you're cool with the
casual, nonexclusive nature of your relationship.
But in the end, the result is the same:
He doesn't desire to be your boyfriend.
End of story.
Now.
NOW to me is the best time of my life.
I feel secure in me.
I may not always do things right
I know life isn't easy (a little too well),
I know I have made my mistakes
BUT I am ok with that because....
I know I will learn from the mistakes
I know that life is beautiful and precious even when it is trying at times.
I know who I am and where I am going so....
I do feel that this is my NOW
Pretendship.

Raise Up.
In Depth: America's Best Places To Raise A Family
This where I live now!
3. Johnson County, Kan.
Population: 516,731
Home to Kansas City suburbs Overland Park and Olathe, Johnson County ranks third on our list because of its affordability and accessibility. Family-friendly perks include an average commute of 20 minutes, 5,000 acres of parkland and over 4,000 recreational programs annually. One drawback: Standardized test scores are on the lower end of our spectrum.
This is totally cool, this county in South Dakota is where I would always go when I lived back home.
18. Minnehaha County, S.D.
Population: 163,281
Minnehaha County, which takes its name for the Sioux Indian word for waterfall, is among the best values on our list. With its median home price of $138,600, residents have more disposable income to spend on their families; a list-topping average commute time of 15.5 minutes gives them more time to spend as well. One problem: a sub-par high school graduation rate of 81% and standardized test scores among the lowest on our list.

First Grade...What Do You See?
The BASICS,,,
The idea of children's growing or unfolding is never more important than in first grade.
First grade children don't generally think logically. For example, many don't yet use "because" correctly. Some have trouble with words indicating location -"over," "under," "behind," and "in front of." Most first graders don't realize that, by changing the shape of a ball of clay by rolling it out, the amount of clay remains the same - it just LOOKS different. Many don't see that, while two and three are five, by taking away the two and the three we are back at the starting point.
We adults can mistakenly assume that first graders are capable of our ways of thought. First grade children vary in their development. In first grade, boys, particularly, need time. It is a teacher's task not to worry. Often, a little bit of learning in a child is OK.
Do U Believe?
How do you prepare the kids of today to be caring adults of tomorrow?
Teacher Ms. Amanda Trei may have the answer.
"I believe strongly that a social and moral conscience needs to start at an early age," said the Grade 1 teacher at Lawrence Public Schools.
"I love the idea of children working for children."
It's why she graciously asked her students and their parents not to buy end-of-year teacher gifts but instead make a donation to the Fresh Air Fund – "the charity of choice for my classroom" – and give a gift that keeps on giving.
"I have more than I need, but there are so many children that who have very little," she said, adding that reaching out to those who can't help themselves is a theme in her classroom. It gives her young students, who are 6 & 7 years old, a different perspective on the challenges other less-fortunate children face when growing up.
Favorite.
I watched the movie Troy last night. I have heard mixed reviews about it. I thought it was pretty good. I saw the directors cut and the fighting scenes were just like I totally am like...what is going on ( with my hand over my eyes) I DONT'T LIKE THEM...BLOODY! and I can't totally handle that!
I know my favorite scenes are of um...well...I just didn't know Brad was so....so....voluptuous...er.....let me digress.

10 Feet Off The Ground.
100% Secrets.
I have to share something with you. It's not something new and you have probably heard of it. It's called "Postsecrets". Every Sunday they post new secrets to this blog. People send in anonymous secrets, secrets that they supposedly haven't shared with anyone. I have this book. It is beautiful. I hope all the secrets are really secrets and not made up stories, but either way they entertained me and inspired me.
Here is a video of the Postsecrets... because I am a sappy girl and I think you should watch it.

I Know.
I {heart} U.
This week I want to share some thoughts with you about capturing life: the life of yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
Is she not the most perfect thing you have ever seen!
Hayden Dawn is so so so beautiful!
Be who you wish to be baby girl!
LOVE.
It's not a word. It's not a feeling. It is all-consuming and it is unchanging.
Love never gives up.
Love never lets down.
Love keeps on trying, through smiles or frowns.
Love never gives up, even when it gets it tough.
Love just never gives up.
I love you Hayden Dawn!
