Creating yourself. Choices. Options. Possibilities.
The chance to take a different path, to change course, to re-evaluate, to learn. Been thinking about all that kind of stuff lately. How easy it is to get stuck in the same old same old patterns and rhythms. I think I need a little shock sometimes to get me back into the knowledge that I have options.

We always have a choice in how we respond. The only person we can control is ourselves. And this relates to everything.

I get to choose how react and respond. I get to choose to give myself a break and to give people a break. I get to choose how I create my life every single day.
